Local and Nationwide shipping available. Please allow 5-7 days for custom ship quote to be obtained and sent for approval.

Shipping rates are for the continental US only. Please contact us at adorstudios@gmail.com if you would like to arrange for shipping outside the US.

Heavyweight, over-sized and freight items will be noted on the product pages. Please contact us at adorstudios@gmail.com for a shipping quote on these items. You will be billed a second time for shipping on these items.


returns + exchanges

All sales are final. Custom products, modified versions of standard products, and vintage and one-of-kind items are final sale and cannot be returned, credited, or exchanged. Please email us if you are interested in purchasing a vintage item and have questions about the item. All vintage items are represented as clearly as possible.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package for good measure.

If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a your refund will be processed, and a refund will  be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at adorstudios@gmail.com. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at adorstudios@gmail.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be notified of the return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

procedures

Samples

ADOR charges $5 per sample. For exceptions, please contact adorstudios@gmail.com directly.

Payment Terms

ADOR requires payment in full for all orders under $5K and a 50% deposit for orders above $5K to commence production. ADOR accepts payments by credit card, check, and bank wire for international orders with a fee of $30 per transfer. Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment cleared.

Lead Time

ADOR’s estimated lead time is 10-14 weeks for standard size/finish and 14-16 weeks for customized orders.

Expedited Orders

ADOR works to ship all orders in a timely manner. However, rush ordering is available for an additional fee. Our expedited order times may vary and are assessed on a case by case basis.

Customizations

ADOR welcomes customization requests. Estimates take five to ten business days and design/customizations fees may apply.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of order. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept cancellations of rush orders once they have been confirmed.

Storage Policy

Customer orders are subject to a $25.00 per day charge for storage after 30 days upon completion of an order.

Damaged Goods

We ask to please examine your order upon delivery for any damage. If items arrive damaged, we require an email with images of the damage, both of the item and original packaging, to be sent to our ADOR team. Please email adorstudios@gmail.com within 5 calendar days to initiate a claim.

Warranty

Should our furniture fail at any time during the life of the original owner because of workmanship or a failure of the materials, ADOR will either repair or replace it. Damages caused by anything outside the scope of typical residential use can also be sent in for repair at a fee. Please contact the team to estimate repair cost and lead time. Timing, price, and availability will vary depending on location.
